The Maxwelton Beach Escape is a beautiful two-story level sandy beach waterfront home featuring an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings throughout.

Unwind in the spacious living room, complete with a free-standing propane fireplace and 43” Smart TV, after a fun-filled day of playing in the large yard or strolling along the sandy beach.

The living room has recently been upgraded with new throw pillows, décor, lamps and also boasts a new music system with a Bose Stereo/CD player.

This kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine in style, including a large dining table that seats eight and a full range of cooking equipment.

The kitchen essentials include new dinner plates, glassware, wineglasses, cocktail glasses, and a comprehensive assortment of kitchen utensils.

The main level bedroom offers a king-sized bed for those who wish to avoid stairs. The upstairs master bedroom is a peaceful haven, featuring a king-sized bed, portable AC unit, and spectacular views of the shipping lanes and sunsets. The second upstairs bedroom is perfect for families with multiple children, providing a queen-sized bed and two twin beds.

This property's expansive yard includes a horseshoe pit and generous space for yard games.

The covered deck provides a pleasant spot for family meals, protected from the weather. Additionally, two large sunshades offer extra shade on the deck during late afternoons.

Unwind in the tranquil setting of the covered deck or on the new platform deck by the beach, where eagles and osprey soar above and waves gently lap at the shore.

The freestanding firepit and private boardwalk to your own beach are waiting for you, so be sure to pack some firewood and S'mores ingredients for a delightful treat.

Bring your kayaks or paddle boards along, and enjoy the convenience of launching them from your private beach!

Other amenities in the home include wifi, a DVD/Blueray player, 43“ Smart TV, propane bbq, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and a washer and dryer.  

The community park up the street offers a playground and baseball diamond, so bring your gloves and bats for a game! The home is located on a flat, dead-end road, making it a great spot for biking.

Maxwelton Beach is known as one of the best beaches on South Whidbey, to watch the gorgeous sunsets! Come create memories that will last a lifetime & enjoy all that Whidbey has to offer.  

Please be aware there is only parking for two vehicles at this time. Additional parking to accommodate a third vehicle will be available, as of July 1st.

We have recently started using VRBO’s rate recommendations, so the reservation rental rates may increase or decrease each day. Please note that we do not honor yesterday's rates.

Rental Policies and Conditions

Payments Accepted: Personal Checks, Peer to Peer Payment.

There is a 5 night minimum stay required during peak season and two night minimum stay during the off season. During the off season, all major holiday reservations require a 3 night minimum stay, and are at peak season rates.

This is a pet friendly home and accepts a mature small to medium size dog, with owner approval and with paying a $75 pet fee. 

To ensure and provide a standard of cleanliness in the home, a cleaning/garbage fee of $250 is charged per reservation.

Washington State Sales Tax of 10.8% applies.

All reservations require a refundable security/damage deposit be paid.  The amount is dependent on the number of nights reserved.
